30-Day Window

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Email us with your order number and we will send a return label and instructions.

Unused & Opened Goods

• Unopened and unused goods — full refund to the original payment method
• Opened goods you did not get along with — store credit for the purchase price
• Bundles and kits must be returned complete to qualify for a full refund

Damaged or Wrong Item

If something arrives broken, leaking, or wrong, send us a photo within seven days. We ship a replacement immediately and you do not need to return the original.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the return arriving at our shop. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5–10 days to appear on your statement.
