Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. If a product sells out after you order, we will cancel that line and refund it in full.

Pricing & Errors

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an obvious pricing error appears, we will contact you before charging and give you the option to cancel.

Product Use

• Our goods are cosmetic products for external use only
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs
• Read the ingredient list if you have known allergies
• Keep out of reach of children and away from eyes

Intellectual Property

The 1880 Backwoods & Bucks name, logo, product photography, and copy are ours. Retail partners may use provided assets to sell our goods; nobody else may reuse them.

Site Conduct

Do not scrape, disrupt, or attempt to break into this site. Reviews and submitted content must be your own and truthful; we may remove content that is not.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
