Small batch means we fill and pack by hand. Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order.
Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm MT on Friday go out the following Monday.
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment the label is scanned. If it has been more than three business days without movement, email us and we will chase it down.
Weather, wildfire season, and holiday volume can slow carriers in the mountain west. If your order is running behind, we will reach out before you have to ask.
If a package is returned as undeliverable we will reship once the parcel is back with us. Please double-check your address at checkout.
